Brutal Miami police beats photographer over nothing
A photojournalist who goes by the name RaginginMiami was on assignment shooting Biscayne Blvd in Miami and was shooting a police action from a public street. The police asked him not to photograph them and he continued, resulting in a forceful arrest and his being charged with multiple infractions over the incident.

School Accused of Covering Up Sexual Assaults
Teachers and administrators at Central Elementary School knew they had a problem with a 12-year-old who had been accused of going into a bathroom stall and sexually assaulting a first-grade boy. But instead of calling police, district officials covered up the attack and allowed him to remain in class, leading to the assault of 3 more, parents say.
